Marblism vs Sintra (2026): Which AI Employees Are Actually Worth It?

Marblism and Sintra both sell you a team of AI workers with friendly names, and their marketing looks almost identical. Once you're inside both platforms, they work in completely different ways. One waits for you to start every task in a chat. The other brings finished work back to you every day for approval.

Quick answer

Pick Marblism if you want AI employees that do the work on their own and send it back for your approval, including a real phone receptionist, a lead database and automated outreach. How I tested Marblism and Sintra

I spent time inside both platforms for the video above, comparing the rosters, how each one actually gets work done day to day, the usage limits and the pricing. I use Marblism in my own business every day, so I know how it behaves well after setup. I re-checked both pricing pages in US dollars on October 18, 2026.

Are Marblism and Sintra the same thing?

No. On the surface they look like the same product: a team of AI workers with cute names that handle your marketing, inbox, sales and support. Both say they're trusted by over 40,000 businesses. But once you get inside, they work in completely different ways, and that difference matters a lot more than how many employees each one has.

What is Marblism?

Marblism gives you a team of AI employees built to run entire functions of your business:

  • Eva, executive assistant: manages your inbox and calendar

  • Sonny, social media manager

  • Penny, SEO: writes and publishes blog content on your website

  • Stan, sales and lead generation

  • Rachel, receptionist: answers your phone calls

  • Linda, legal assistant: reviews contracts

  • Walter, website builder (added after I recorded the video)

If you're new to the idea of an AI answering your phone, my AI receptionist explainer covers how they work, since Rachel is one of the biggest reasons people sign up.

What is Sintra?

Sintra gives you 12 AI helpers, each mapped to a business role. A few examples: Seomi for SEO, Soshie for social media, Cassie for customer support, Milli for sales, Penn for copywriting and Dexter for data analysis. The rest of the roster covers business development, eCommerce, recruiting, email marketing, a virtual assistant and personal development.

They all run on what Sintra calls Brain AI, its system for learning your brand context, so every helper knows your business.

Marblism vs Sintra: AI employee roster

On paper, Sintra wins the headcount battle, 12 to 7. And Sintra does cover ground Marblism doesn't: a data analyst, a recruiter, an email marketer and even a personal growth coach.

But when you go deeper, the differences that matter point the other way:

  • Phone calls: Marblism's Rachel gives you a real local phone number in the US, Canada or the UK. She answers calls 24/7, books appointments on your calendar and transfers the urgent ones to your personal number. Sintra has nothing that touches a phone.

  • Sales: Stan is connected to a database of over 700 million leads and runs email outreach and LinkedIn automation for you. Sintra's sales helper, Milli, writes cold call scripts and email copy, but there's no lead database and no automated outreach behind her. You still do all of that work.

  • Legal: Linda reviews your contracts. Sintra doesn't have a role for that at all.

My advice: pick three or four core needs you'd love an AI employee to handle, then see which roster covers them better. If sales and cold outreach matter most, that's Marblism. If you want a data analyst or a recruiter, Sintra has a helper for it.

One more thing. Marblism's employees collaborate with each other. For example, Penny's blog topics can feed into Sonny's social posts. Sintra's helpers share the same brain, but they work in separate chats, and users consistently say they end up playing go-between for their own AI team.

Chat vs autonomous: how the work actually gets done

This is the section that matters most. Sintra is fundamentally a chat platform. Marblism goes further than that.

How Sintra works

With Sintra, you open a conversation with a helper, give it a task and get an output back. Sintra has added one-click use cases and auto-posting for social, and Brain AI keeps your brand context loaded so you're not re-explaining your business every time. That helps, but every major AI tool does that now.

For most of the roster, you're still the manager. You initiate, review, edit, refine and then publish. And because Sintra runs on credits, there's a hard upper limit on how much you can do each month. A lot of Trustpilot reviews mention users burning through credits way faster than expected, and multiple reviewers say tasks that error out still eat credits.

How Marblism works

Marblism flips the model. You do the setup once: connect your inbox, socials, website and calendar, and give each employee its guidelines. You don't have to use every employee either. If you don't want Marblism touching your email, it won't.

Once they're set up, they run their tasks on their own:

  • Eva has drafted replies waiting in your inbox every morning

  • Penny writes articles and can auto-publish them to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and Wix

  • Stan runs outreach and follow-ups

  • Rachel answers calls on your behalf

Before anything goes public, whether that's an email being sent, a post publishing or a contract going back, they check with you for approval. But they start the work every day. I get messages about the newest blog post, and all I do is approve the topic or the post. I don't have to open a chat and start the conversation. That's what makes it feel like an actual AI employee.

Instead of credits, every Marblism plan includes 50 hours of AI work per month, and regular chat and quick tasks don't count against those hours. The one thing to note: if you want to do heavy sales outreach and message more leads, there are upgrades for that.

How much does Marblism cost?

Marblism has one plan. Every plan includes all the AI employees, 50 hours of monthly AI work, unlimited chat, unlimited team members and unlimited businesses.

$24/mo

Monthly

$44/mo

When I recorded the video there was also a quarterly option at $33/mo, but the pricing page now only shows yearly and monthly. There's a 7-day money-back guarantee.

The unlimited businesses part is easy to miss. If you run multiple brands, each one can have its own AI team at no extra cost. I honestly don't know why they do that. It's very generous.

With my link and code ALEXMARBLE, you get 25% off for life, which takes the yearly plan from $24 a month to $18.

How much does Sintra cost?

Sintra also has one plan with three billing frequencies, and it runs heavy discounts often. Here's what the pricing page showed on October 18, 2026:

Marblism vs Sintra: which is cheaper?

On the discounted annual plan, Sintra's sticker price can be lower, if you catch the promo. But look at what you're buying at that price:

So the pricing verdict comes down to what you're using the tool for. If you just want the cheapest AI chat team, honestly, I'd probably just use one of the major chat tools like Gemini, Claude or ChatGPT. Between these two, that's Sintra, especially on the promo annual plan.

But if you want AI to move your business forward, and help you get more done by doing less instead of handing you more work, Marblism is the one I'd pick. It's what I use every day in my business. If phone answering is your main need, I also compared dedicated tools in my AI answering service breakdown.

Marblism pros and cons

Pros

  • AI employees start the work and bring it back for approval

  • Real phone receptionist with a local US, Canada or UK number

  • Lead database and automated email and LinkedIn outreach

  • Contract review built in

  • 50 hours of AI work, with chat and quick tasks not counted

  • Unlimited businesses and team members on one plan

Cons

  • Smaller roster than Sintra: no data analyst, recruiter or coach

  • Heavy sales outreach needs an upgrade

  • Setup takes some time up front: connecting accounts and writing guidelines

  • 7-day refund window is shorter than Sintra's

Sintra pros and cons

Pros

  • 12 helpers covering more roles, including data, recruiting and email marketing

  • Brain AI keeps your brand context across helpers

  • Promo pricing can be very low on annual billing

  • 14-day money-back guarantee

Cons

  • You start, review and refine almost every task yourself

  • 250-credit cap, and users report failed tasks still use credits

  • No phone line, lead database or automated outreach

  • Helpers work in separate chats, so you end up as the go-between

Which one should you pick?

Pick Sintra if what you actually want is a smarter chat experience. You like being hands-on, you mostly need drafts, ideas and brainstorming that you start yourself, and you're not a heavy user. The 14-day refund gives you room to test it.

Pick Marblism if you're a solo founder, freelancer, small team or nonprofit that needs to get more done by doing less, you take phone calls, and you want to boost your search engine and AI visibility. You won't need 15 tools to pull all of this off. You create an account, set up your business and you're good to go.

The bottom line: Sintra sells you 12 assistants to talk to. Marblism sells you AI employees that bring back finished work. For my money, Marblism is the clear winner long term.
